coldwater media room: screen hidden
Multi-functional media rooms are the most challenging to design and outfit. Such rooms offer the highest value per dollar spent. We were granted creative control on this wonderful project. The front maple cabinet was designed to mimic the size and shape of the motorized 16x9 film screen that drops down in front with a button press. This media room works well for reading, relaxing, entertaining, critical listening, dancing, movie viewing and TV watching. Many potential different rooms thoughtfully combined into one. This project was completed in 2001 and received the cover of Sound and Video Contractor magazine in Aug. of 2002.
