acoustics: acoustics at montana ale works
The Montana Ale Works - Bozeman's largest and one of Montana's most successful restaurants continues to improve and evolve. We were called upon to address the dining experience for those seated inside their "rail car" while providing a much needed space for live musicians to preform. Being a musical focused company we always appreciate a client that wishes to provide a place for musicians to play. The rail car renovation of 2009 provided Poindexter's the chance to integrate acoustical suggestions, products and new ideas into the rail car allowing greater flexibility of the space. The room now works well for casual dining, private parties and as a low profile live music stage that integrates into their entire restaurant via their house sound system. Having a flexible space without overwhelming people with too much or too little volume is one of the biggest challenges a restaurant faces...
